As a Tech Executive of a Fortune 50 U.S. company with offices all over the world I place a tremendous amount of VALUE on RELATIONSHIPS, VALUE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. So when it came time for me to acquire housing in the Philippines I took my time and focused on the three things mentioned earlier. So as luck would have it I was able to meet Dice & Coy Ledesma with their firm. I was pleasantly surprised that my values aligned with theirs, in fact they go further they treat you like “FAMILY”. It felt more like having my sister & her husband assisting and guiding me with information that allowed me to make the right decision on where to call home. The home was great but the experience and relationship with the Ledesma is what I will treasure more and to this day.

Before we moved to Washington D.C. USA on August 8, 2020, we have hearty appreciation for their superb service over the past three years. Our family has moved to multiple times before but you were by far the most delightful agent we were assisted by. All of our requests were met swiftly and with attentiveness. We did not experience any difficulty reaching them nor did we face any communication issues despite the fact that the landlord was abroad for the entirety of our stay. Overall we feel very lucky to have worked alongside someone who is both friendly and dependable, especially during the pandemic when everything is uncertain. We would highly recommend their service to any of ouf colleagues, and we will all miss your bright enerty and professionlism.

When we bought a unit in BGC, we were only thinking of making it our place to stay whenever we go home as we have been living in Japan since we got married. Then the need for securing funds for college education and retirement was becoming a challenge as we were not getting any younger. The Ledesmas are our long time friends. We knew they were in Real Estate and so we asked them as friends to look for a possible tenant after our unit was turned over to us in 2007. They have been taking care of our unit ever since and for that, we are truly grateful and thankful. Lastly, by the grace of God and thru the expertise of the Ledesmas in managing our property, the annual proceeds we receive from the rent enabled us to send our daughter to Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan and she has already graduated.
